No, not the Shining from sweden, I thought so, too. MA doesn't even list those Shinings from Norway, so i'm gonna make this short. RYM lists this as Progressive Rock/Progressive Metal, Jazz Fusion, Experimental Rock. Use google if you need more infos. I didn't really find this band fascinating, so see this just as a small notice that it isn't the Black Metal band.
