Mendeed-Positive_Metal_Attitude-(Advance)-2008-FNT
And the next one right after, guess all you Mendeed fans don't run short on tracks today :D
I have no idea why this is tagged Metal and not Death Metal like the EP.
Lazy FNT dude also just pasted the Wiki entry in the nfo, so I had to do some research on my own :P
Read the other post for detailed information.

Mendeed-From_Shadows_Came_Darkness-(Advance_EP)-2008-FNT
Okay, FNT tricked me, I wasn't quite common with this band, so I really thought they did a Re-Union after the split-up last year, because FNT tagged this Advance EP but they never mention that this is a Re-Issue. Both, this and the other Mendeed from today, have special BBC sessions on it, which in this form where only available in limited form.
By the end of October, we all will have the chance to get our hands on these Tracks.
From the NFO:
Press:
'Mendeed are metal magicians. Their signature trick is to bring genres such
as battle, power and thrash metal - under the banner of metalcore. They bring
it off well.' - Rock Sound 8/10
'Its raining riffs the size of boulders. Theres a torrent of melodies and
tornados of angry vocal harmonies. Welcome to a new force of nature. For most
The Dead Live By Love will be a seismic shock. But Mendeed's potential has
been clear for some time now.The first top quality metal album of 2007 ' -
Classic Rock 8/10
'Brutal, youthful speed metal from Glasgow that sounds like unanaesthetised
rottweilers being operated on by backstreet abortionists. But good,
obviously" - NME
"Sarah Jezebel Deva (Therion, Mortiis, Graveworm, Mystic Circle, Cradle of Filth ecc.) did guest vocals on this E.P."

New Record from Darkestrah, BM fans, get your hands on this :D
Pretty long tracks, I thought that this is only an EP when I first saw this release, but
there are 3 tracks with over 12 minuten playtime, so it seems like this is their new full-length.

Omnium_Gatherum-The_Redshift-(Advance)-2008-FNT
"OMNIUM GATHERUM is a band of many directions and styles, some of them clearly visible while others more unseen. Namely working and keeping it all together under the monicker of melodic life-and-death metal and bastardizing it by various influences from a whole lot of genres and sub-genres, OG produce complex but accessible death metal that incorporates elements of thrash and tradl metal without ever sounding derivate. Top quality Finnish steel, in other words. It has said also that if you mix At The Gates, Katatonia, Death and Judas Priest there's the recipe to OMNIUM GATHERUM stuff."

Metallica-Death_Magnetic-2008-iH8P2P
And here it is, the final release of the new Metallica, the release that many sceners will keep for a long time, maybe because of the groupname and it's attitude or just because it's not nuked. If you already have the FJORTiSO release, you can stick with that, too, I guess. It was nuked because it was encoded V0 instead of V2, which oversizes the mp3 a bit, but results in higher bitrates.. however, it's still unclear if the FJORTiSO source was real or if they did reencode it, so if you don't have either of the release, get this one.

Bloodbath-The_Fathomless_Mastery-Promo-2008-QTXMp3
4 years after their last highly anticipated album "Nightmares Made Flesh" the Swedish Death Metal supergroup Bloodbath returns with their 3rd installment called "The Fathomless Mastery". Mikael Akerfeld (Opeth, ex-Katatonia) has returned to the band to replace Peter Tägtgren on vocals.
And what more can I say, just like every project Akerfeld is involved with these days, "The Fathomless Mastery" sounds brilliant. We have got some agressive uptempo songs, as well as straight, brutal mid-tempo "bangers".
If you like Swedish Death Metal you´d better get your ass to your local record shop when this beast is gonna be unleashed.

Abigail_Williams-In_The_Shadow_Of_A_Thousand_Suns-Promo-2008-QTXMp3
QTX again, this time with the release of the new full-length record from 'Abigail Williams'. It's not only a Proper in Soundquality compared to PTK's release, it also contains much more tracks. I think the 26 seconds difference between the last two tracks are just a case of editing or wrong cutting, as the length is the same if you add the 2 tracks, but that's just my conclusion.
"The album was produced/mixed by James Murphy and features contributions from Trym Torson (Emperor, Zyklon)."
Here are the differences:
PTK - 3 tracks:
1. Into The Ashes - 4:42
2. VII Empyrean Into The Cold - 5:49
3. Floods - 6:13
QTX - 7 tracks:
05.Into the Ashes 04:39
08.Empyrean- into the Cold Wastes - 06:15
09.Floods - 05:48

Dagoba-Face_The_Colossus-Promo-2008-QTXMp3
Thanks for staying tuned last days even without updates on the blog. I'm working on the searchscripts for link's and info's right now, so hopefully we'll have more posts and roundups in some days ;)
QTXMp3 brougth us 4 long anticipated records as Promotional rips , one of them the new Dagoba record, released by Season of Mist. I hope that their source doesn't fail when it comes to the release of the new 'Cynic' record 'Traced in Air'. ;)
I really like the cover from 'Face the Colossus', reminds me of the succesful Playstation2 title called 'Shadow of the Colossus'. For a soundcheck, click on the MySpace link, new Dagoba song is up.
