VA-From_Oceans_To_Autumn-Fire_On_The_Horizon-(Split)-2008-FNT

"From Oceans To Autumn, from slow paced riffs to bone crushing rhythms, ambient interludes and beautiful melodies, From Oceans To Autumn combines experimental metal and psychedelic rock with a spaced out feeling of weightlessness and droned-out atmospheres. Fire On The Horizon return with their most epic work to date, combining trademark melody with intense rhythmic sections. Fire On The Horizon have taken their sound to the next level; adding heavier more uncompromising parts."

Lord_Belial-The_Black_Curse-Promo-2008-CMG

The CD was recorded at Valle Adzic's (Impious) Deadline Studios.
Lord Belial's sound is often compared to the sound of Dissection,
so BlackMetal fans should give it at try.

Bleeding_Through-Declaration-(Advance)-2008-FNT

"BLEEDING THROUGH has set Declaration as the title to the follow-up to The
Truth. The band began recording in April with producer Devin Townsend (LAMB OF GOD, SOILWORK, DARKEST HOUR) and Declaration is a concept album about the rigors of being away from home."
Without the Bonustrack "Self Defeating Anthem" that will be on the Vinyl edition.

The_Haunted-Versus-Promo-2008-BERC

A new record by swedish Melodic Death / Thrash Metal band "The Haunted" (-the successors of the legendary At The Gates-) has been released by Berc yesterday. Versus does not include as many progressive song structures as their last effort The Dead Eye. Although many people might think that this might be some kind of a regression, at least imo, this straightforward kind of sound suits the band perfectly. It reminds me of their great early works like rEVOLVEr or One Kill Wonder.
Go and support these guys, if you like their sound!
