The_Haunted-Versus-Promo-2008-BERC

A new record by swedish Melodic Death / Thrash Metal band "The Haunted" (-the successors of the legendary At The Gates-) has been released by Berc yesterday. Versus does not include as many progressive song structures as their last effort The Dead Eye. Although many people might think that this might be some kind of a regression, at least imo, this straightforward kind of sound suits the band perfectly. It reminds me of their great early works like rEVOLVEr or One Kill Wonder.
